We had a great time staying at a hotel near a beautiful beach and surrounded by many delicious restaurants. The room was spacious and comfortable, with great amenities like a pool and onsen. The staff was also very welcoming and helpful.
Although the hotel provided a good breakfast, amenities like a fan and complimentary water were missing.

Great location near the beach and Sumoto castle; fantastic amenities including onsen and swimming pool; spacious and clean rooms; helpful and kind staff; good breakfast; excellent WiFi.
Could not be improved in any way.

The hotel had great facilities, with a swimming pool and clean, comfortable onsen. The location was perfect as it was right by the sea and a beautiful mountain. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making my stay very enjoyable. The breakfast was also a highlight, with a wide range of delicious Japanese and western options to choose from.
Nothing not to like.

The location of the hotel was great, just a stone's throw away from the beach. It was easy to access other parts of the city too, with several restaurants and a bus center within a short walk. The breakfast was a delightful mix of Western and Japanese cuisine. Plus, the staff was extremely helpful, going out of their way to find and return our missing SIM cards.
The beds were quite uncomfortable and shaky, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Although the pillows were smelly, we appreciated that the rest of the facilities were well-maintained. Lastly, while the Wi-Fi worked well, it sometimes experienced weak signals. we had a good stay, and we recommend this hotel if you're looking for a place to unwind by the shore.

The breakfast consisted of a vast selection of both Western and Japanese options with excellent quality and service. the comfortable temperature in both the onsen and pool helped to relax before and after work. The hotel sits in a great location that includes a beautiful beach near the mountains.
The walls seem to be relatively thin, causing noise from neighboring rooms to be easily heard. the check-out time is quite early.
